I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, always going out of their way to assist me. The location was perfect, right on a tram line, which made it so convenient to explore the city. I never had to wait long for a tram and the cost was very reasonable. The restaurant in the hotel was also a great perk, always serving delicious food, and it was open 24/7!
I highly recommend this hotel to families. Everything about this place was fantastic, from the friendly staff to the convenient location on the tram line.

This hotel is located conveniently on a tram line and is very close to the airport as well as restaurants in the city. the rooms are very clean and simply furnished, with large and generous bathrooms. the staff is incredibly friendly, helpful, and multilingual. the breakfast is basic but included in the price, and there is an on-site restaurant with options that are easy to digest and delicious. Lastly, there are modern facilities including free and fast Wi-Fi available in the rooms.
Some of the rooms have slightly stained carpets, but the overall cleanliness is good.

The hotel needs a better maintenance, the carpets were stained and the rooms were outdated. The size of the rooms was very small.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was excellent, as it was conveniently situated right on a tram line. This made it incredibly easy for us to explore the city, with trams arriving every 10 minutes and costing only R12. The hotel's proximity to the airport was also a major advantage, especially for travelers like us. Additionally, we were impressed with the helpful and friendly staff. Despite the language barrier, they went out of their way to assist us and provide excellent service. The hotel facilities were great, and we particularly enjoyed the 24/7 restaurant with its delicious food.
